    All on-line credit card transactions must be submitted using 128 bit encryption. This change is in response to regulatory agency requirements, and also offers a more secure transacting environment for merchants and their consumers. Transactions submitted with lower levels of encryption will not be processed.

    Customers must use Netscape or Internet Explorer version 4.x or higher to send transactions with 128 bit encryption. Transactions submitted via earlier browser versions will not process successfully.

    Customers using older versions of Internet Explorer should download IE's High Encryption Pack available at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp. Netscape users can download the latest version at http://help.netscape.com/kb/consumer/19970808-8.html.
