We realize that you must be able to open the CD-ROM package to use our software. If you are returning the software, we ask
that the CD-ROM be unscratched and all paper items are in new condition.
Program returns should be sent via a traceable mode of shipment (book post and library rate are NOT traceable). JWor cannot
issue credit on items lost in transit to our facilities. JWor will accept 100% return of Language Tune-Up Kit products, within 90
days from the Ship Date, provided the following conditions are met: The product is returned prepaid in new, unmarked, and
resalable condition (items not in new condition will not be refunded); Returns are accompanied by our invoice or invoice
information (invoice number, date, account number, purchase price); if this information is not provided, and we fail to locate the
invoice in our files, a credit cannot be issued.
