Gain mastery over reading comprehension with words, sounds and letters.

The ‘words, sounds, letters’ activity is used to teach the concept of word construction. Here, the LTK asks three questions about a word.

For example, for the word ‘men’, the LTK could ask the following questions to the students:

  • After displaying the word, it could ask, “how many letters do you see in the word ‘men?”
  • After playing the phonic sounds in the word, it could ask, “how many sounds did you hear in the word?”
  • Identify the vowel sound in the word.
